Certification of DISC Maps - MapsTell Team Guide

Together with the network of certified MapsTell Guides, MapsTell is working on an Understanding World! We believe in the power of visual and sharable information as an alternative to lengthy and dull reports. That is why we visualize business processes and strategy, as well as employee behaviour, by literally mapping this out. With the following result: innovative, safe and interactive products that are accessible to anyone.

The DISC Certification (Personalmapping Guide Certification program) started in 2015. More than 300 Guides are now active in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Belgium, South America, Germany, India, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore. As an ambassador of MapsTell, DISC Maps offers accreditation mainly in Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, and Singapore.

While PersonalMap Guide focuses on individual support and advice (me) and the relationship is established between behaviour and interaction (you); the Team Guide Certification is an opportunity for you to upskill into a team (we) level and learn to use of TeamMap. This programme focuses on team dynamics and insights into the participant's behaviour that characterise them as a team.

Before you enrol for this certification:

• You should have at least three sessions of facilitation experiences in the last two years at "me" and "you" level.
• You should have at least two years of facilitation experience in delivering training workshops or learning activities for teams.
• You should have a good understanding and knowledge of MapsTell methodology.

Considering COVID-19, we have decided to scale down our learning group and go ONLINE.

Before the certification, there will be some preparation required. Your Navigator will share you further two weeks before the training.
