ABOUT DISC

DISC is a behaviour assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centres on four different personality traits. The DISC assessment examines how an individual ranks in the four areas of behaviour. Designed for both individuals who want to identify and maximize their strengths and motivators, and organisations looking to integrate high-performance teams. According to HJH research, there are over 50 million people have taken the assessment of DISC since the definitive version was established in 1940.

MAPSTELL

DISC Maps - we use the Mapstell that is based on the DISC personality system. Mr. Sebastiaan Rompa, The Founder of Mapstell reinforced this model by adding a visual layer: the World of Difference. The names of cities, mountains and rivers in this map tell everything about the differences in behaviour.

The map invites you to discover your own behaviour and then, literally, step into someone else’s world. We offer a contemporary, positive and impactful alternative to lengthy and often somewhat dull and complex assessment reports. From personal development, achieving joint perspectives to literally mapping leadership styles, the World of Difference offers countless possibilities.

The Personalmapping is your own behavioural style represented as a full colour stunningly detailed map, with all the features – cities, rivers, mountains and seas – shown as your characteristics and personality traits. Based on a simple set of questions that you answer, our system creates a remarkably accurate profile of not only your behavioural style, but also any challenges that you may want to work on or develop, and how others around you perceive you and how you relate to them. You will get to know and understand yourself and others much better. With PersonalMappingâ„¢ you literally put yourself on the map!

BEHAVIOUR STYLES

People can seem very similar, but of course we are all very different. This is also true of our behaviour. While one person can be direct and enthusiastic, another can be silent and expectant. Where some proceed in an unorganised manner, others tackle issues with precision. We all do it our own way. But how does behaviour really work? How do you behave yourself? How do others perceive you? These are vital questions and the answers are revealing, interesting, and most importantly, useful!

4 AREAS & 16 TYPES

In DISC Maps, we use MapsTell model that distinguishes 16 different behavioural styles grouped into four main personality types:
Decisive, Influential, Stable and Conscientious.

These four main personality types and the underlying 16 behavioural styles together form the World of Difference.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

DISC could work well with both individual development or team development, including executive coaching, team coaching, corporate training, team building workshop and so on.

In coaching and training, the World of Difference is used as a floormat, where participants can literally travel over. We invite you to discover more about your own behaviour and then, literally, step into someone else’s world, beyond the limits of the borders. By using this visual tool, participants gain insight into both their own and each other's behaviour in an accessible and particularly fun way.
