Overview

Diversity and inclusion (D&I) is more than policies, programs, or headcounts. Equitable employers outpace their competitors by respecting the unique needs, perspectives and potential of all their team members. As a result, diverse and inclusive workplaces earn deeper trust and more commitment from their employees. In this interactive webinar, you will learn about the foundation of D&I, the diversity of behaviours, and recognise non-inclusive signals in the workplace through case studies.

Speaker's bio

Regina has over 15 years of experience in the L&D space. She is most intrigued by human behaviour and loves the fact that her profession lets her explore it. Her endeavour is to ensure people are respectful of everyone’s decisions and choices. She believes is we reduce misunderstandings and judgements in both personal and professional relationships; then we will be able to trust and collaborate with each other. This has driven her to create an environment in her training where people can be themselves and share what they usually wouldn’t do with many others. Topics she loves to work around our empathy, psychological safety, D&I, design thinking, and well anything that involves psychometric assessments. She has worked with many prestigious clients and has made a significant impact on her participants. Her sessions are filled with laughter and engaged learning. Her ferocious commitment to learning brings about behavioural transformation in participants. Her most recent psychometric certification is called the World of Difference by MapsTell. This has been her absolute favourite as she believes it can truly help her in her endeavour.
