DISC PersonalMap Workshop - March 2021

Do you think that you really understand yourself well in terms of behaviours and motivation?

Are you aware of the impact that certain behaviours can have on those people around you/who you work with?

If we know other's communication preference and how to adapt our tone and language in order to make them feel appreciated and understood, then we could bring out the best in those work with.

If we can understand what makes us react a certain way, what causes us anxiety and why we are more comfortable making certain kind of decision than others, our understanding will affect how we with others and have a positive influence on how we relate and communicate.

Our DISC Personalmap workshop is an effective development tool and powerful assessment that unlocks insight into how to use your core strengths to enable your success, and how to adapt your method of communication style to better connect with others in order to create positive outcomes and stay measured when experiencing pressure.  

Prior to the event, we will find the assessment link from the confirmation e-mail and we will share your result (an A3 Personalmap) at the workshop.
