Working for one of the largest international banks, Berry is the People Experience & Training Manager and also the Chairperson of PRIDE, D&I in China. Berry initiated and formalized the same-sex marriage leaves and enhancement of the relevant insurance benefits for LGBT+ employees. He also engaged 3 bank entities’ committee members to co-host the first China International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia forum week.

As a consultant of several international companies, Berry supports the companies to set up their first PRIDE ERG in mainland China. Berry is one of our pioneering Guides in China.
