TeamGuide Certification (Level 2) – Exclusive for Our Guide Community

As the MapsTell Ambassador model transitions to the new Connector role in 2027, DISC Maps will host its final TeamGuide Certification in its capacity as an Ambassador. Normally offered at EUR 800 per person, the certification fee for this session will be fully waived as a gesture of appreciation to our certified Guide community.

Building on PersonalMapping (and Level 1), TeamGuide equips Guides to apply DISC Maps beyond individual behavioural awareness. Through practical, experiential exercises, participants will learn how to facilitate conversations around team dynamics, behavioural differences, collaboration needs, conflict, perspective and defining moments in a team’s journey.

The workshop will help Guides develop the confidence to introduce each exercise, guide meaningful dialogue and debrief the experience safely and constructively. Who Should Attend?

• Certified Guides who have completed the new Level 1 certification; and
