International Women's Day is not a country, group, nor organisation specific. No one government, NGO, charity, corporation, academic institution, women's network, or media hub is solely responsible for International Women's Day. The day belongs to all groups collectively everywhere.
DISC Maps team and our guides work on The World of Difference and we are committed to advocating #BreaktheBias! Supporting females to unleash their potential, we are here to offer free behaviour assessments (DISCMAPS - MapsTell methodology) and our donated time to offer one to one coaching experience with all females in Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, and Singapore from February 27 to March 6.

Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field.

Join us for our International Women's Day initiative, a self-exploration of the challenges that women address as they work to have successful careers, particularly as a woman. We focus on self-awareness and how to make changes – in ourselves – to further life.

If your application is accepted and the schedule is available, you will then receive the online assessment link and the zoom invitation.
Complete the assessment 24 hours before your coaching session.
